By using calendar24.net ("the vendor", "we"), you ("the user") are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.
The vendor is providing users with the capability to create, maintain, share and publish "gantt-charts-calendars" via the internet.
This service runs as a SaaS model. This means that, instead of purchasing a software license and installing the software on your own servers, you subscribe to the solution that we host on our server, and you access the solution over the Internet.
Benefits:
- No infrastructure and maintenance costs
- No software installation
- No worry about updates
- Global availability
This service is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to change this service to a "pay-per-use" payment model (with prior notice of min. 3 months).
Users benefit from frequent new features and feature improvements. New feature releases require no action from users.
This service does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue its service, temporarily or permanently and for any reason.
Users can export the data to Excel at any time. Backups are made by us regularly, however, no guarantees are made of any kind as to the integrity of these backups.
All users are advised to regularly export the data.
The vendor is not responsible for any claimed damages, which may result from our web servers going offline, or being unavailable for any reason. This includes damages which may result from the corruption or deletion of data.
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the service vendor harmless from any incidental, indirect, direct, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever, for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other monetary loss arising out of the use of or inability to use our services, or the provision of or failure to provide services.
We reserve the right to suspend all accounts that are not using this service seriously in a manner deemed by the vendor.
We reserve the right to add, delete, or modify these terms and conditions with notice provided via our user dashboard. All users are encouraged to review this document on a regular basis to ensure they are aware of any changes.
